When planning the perfect future, many miracles occur and things go just as planned, but most realistic plans for the future include finishing education; graduating high school, college, etc. as well as building a home and raising a family. The one thing required to succeed is motivation. A plethora of things drive people to succeed. Such as their visions of the future and what they have to look forward to. For me, it is the overall payoff of the effort. I strive for doing my best in everything I do in order to achieve my life goals, by doing so I open windows to new opportunities that are not only useful but memorable. By looking at not only the successful people in life, but as well as the non-successful that drive me to succeed. By seeing others who have failed in their education or their career field, or even as someone who plays a vital role in a family, I see what I don’t want to become. However, the successful people in life that have completed their education and succeeded in their choice of career field greatly impact my views on what drive me to do my best and accomplish my life goals. In order to become a leader I must first look at others who have done what I want to do and reflect on their choices and decisions. Just as without a person to paint, there would be no portrait. There are other things I would love to do in the future such as visit certain places and do certain things. But some others include building a home as well as a family. I dream to raise children and set an example to them as I looked up to others. In addition I would love to someday have grandchildren and one day grandchildren (if time a god allow). But it all depends on success. And at this point in my life it is the drive for success that is needed for a bright
