As we dream of High Meadows, the fragments of our ideas that once seemed just out of reach begin to unfurl with possibility - like new buds from seemingly dead branches when the warm breath of spring reaches them. Sudden life jumps within me when I realize the potential for a space where I can teach others to paint and create, and even hold an open studio. I close my eyes and long for the time when I can develop a prayer and meditation walk that winds through the vineyard and trails by the pond. Rising up within my soul are the returning thoughts of a retreat, a place of encouragement, peace, and healing. We envision the people that will come to learn about the care of farm animals and how to raise them to provide for their family's needs. We anticipate the excitement that comes from waiting for a garden to produce its first fruits of the season and the joy we will experience when we share what we grow. …show more content…
While producing beautiful art and delicious produce is a part of that dream, it is the art of ministry and first fruits of helping others that will bring the true
