College Admissions Essay: My Challenges To Me

The things that I see as challenges to me, is that I set high expectations of myself. Because of having high expectations, I tend to take on too heavy of a caseload. I have taken notice of this over the years; to prevent from falling behind I have learned to adjust my desire of the work. I want to accomplish, with that, I can accomplish in a timely manor. As I get involved in my work I vest myself in a project an can lose track of the amount of time it take to accomplish the task, because I’m thorough in making sure I complete the task correctly. Just as a domino may fall and cause other domino to fall, when I begin to fall into a pace that is less than efficient it cascades into other tasks begin to suffer. I have focused my concentrated in college to helping other and have been working with the community by giving back to others in the community by volunteering at local hospital Via Christy in Pittsburg Kansas. I am a person that tends to stay focused on completing a task or assignments. Because of this, I see the importance of being present for not only for my job but also for people that may depend on me, because of this I take my work seriously. I pride myself and prove myself as one that can be counted on for position that I will be working, along with being on time for work. I work well with others and welcome working in situation to help other or being part of a team situation. I am a person that is conscientious of how people react to situations, and their behavior patterns. I wish to help use these skills to help others develop skills that they need to improve or
