My brother gave me the best advice I have ever received. He gave me this advice when I was in high school. My brother name is Rudy, He is my older brother in my family. We were the only two people in the same house together. We were raised in the same house for 23 years. He was always there for me. We did so many things together like playing games, going outside, and watch movies together. My brother taught me how to do well in school. He told me when I go to school make sure that I always pay attention to class because I might miss important information. Follow that up, if I don’t pay attention I will fail the class. He also told me to write down everything on the board just in case the teacher use it for a quiz or test. This was some good …show more content…
For example, when I was a junior in high school. I didn’t know what major I was going to get. He showed me many majors to choose from. The, I choose the graphic design major because I like using computers. Another example is when he went to college; he was planning to join the computer science program so he could work for Google. He went Wabaunsee for one year for some computer courses. Soon after, he went to the University of Illinois and is still studying to get an internship for Google. He showed me if I have the mind set I can do anything that I want.

He also does many things for me. For example, I can ask him any question about school or some else that I need for life. He always gave me the right path to take. He told me don’t hang out with people that are bad for me. He also taught me how to trust people and about whom I should be friends with. For instance, I had a best friend that treated me badly. He was a reckless friend and didn’t listen to anyone. My brother told me he was a bad friend also he listed the reason why he was a terrible friend to me and stay away from him.
My brother taught me many things. I have a different perceptive of life because He displayed how to be a successful man.He was also a great role model for me. He changed my life completely. He still has many things to teach me about college. He influenced me my whole life and continues doing that
