College Admissions Essay: A Career As A Surgeon

In the world today finding the right job is a challenge. The right job for everyone is different. For example, some people may want to work outdoors and others may want a job in a big city in a office. However, for me the job that would best fit me would be inside of a hospital because I wanna be a Surgeon. Also, being a surgeon takes a lot of responsibility, time in the hospital, and trust from the patients. First of all, a surgeon has a lot of responsibilities that I can handle. Being responsibly is a key component in being a surgeon. For instance, I would be in control of if someone lives or if they die. I know that I am strong enough to handle someone dying while I operate. Not only will I control their life, but I will be telling their family how the operation went. It will be hard to tell someone that their loved one has died and I did everything I could do, but I could do it if I had to. Also, surgeons have to be able to work anytime no matter what. So, being in a hospital is not scary. My father works at Norton Community Hospital so, I have always felt comfortable there. After all, it is not a surprise I wanna work in one. I know how things work at a hospital.
