Ever since my first visit to a hospital I've been fascinated and in awe of the jobs nurses and doctors have. To see how these people could save me from a potentially life threatening problem really grasped my attention, for them to be able to recognize what was happening inside my body was amazing to me. With my mom coming home with new stories everyday from the operating room, it excited me instead of scarring and grossing me out it stirred up the curiosity in me. The curiosity and desire to be able to witness this first hand.     At age six, I was diagnosed with asthma and my mother would take me to our family doctor every time I will have an attack and I have always been fascinated how my wheezing disappears and I would be breathing so much better after I get a nebulization.
