At a very young age, the value and importance of hard work was instilled in me by my parents. The culture of which they were raised was one that valued success. They have always believed that hard work is the only way to achieve that. As a result, I was equally raised with this concept. I can actually recall my parents insisting that everything I did was to be done to the best of my ability, and not settling for less. Being raised in this mind-set really shaped me into who I am today. Consequently, the work ethic ingrained in me will continue positively affect me as I progress in life.
