College Admission Essay Sample

As a recent graduate of Bethel University’s College of Professional studies, I plan to continue the momentum that I have obtained in order to achieve my degree of Master’s in Business Administration. I plan to use the wealth of knowledge that I have gained in recent years of studying in the online community to assist me in this pursuit of my graduate degree. The platform that is used in the MBA program is similar to the one of the undergraduate programs. By completing both my undergraduate and graduate degree through similar platforms I will be able to focus the majority of time on my studies without the distraction of needing to adjust to a new platform. Previously, I had taken a break from college in order to make sure my child was cared for and the bills were paid. Once I began working for Bethel University, I was presented with an opportunity that I could not refuse and with the encouragement of fellow coworkers my dream became a reality. Taking one course at a time instead of multiple courses has been beneficial to the educational process. I am able to dive deeper into the material of each subject without my mind worrying about other assignments. In the pursuit of my undergraduate degree, I took up to three courses at one time.
