Colleen Evans was born November 21, 1986. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. Her parents were Tim and Gwen Ballinger. She also had two older brothers,Christopher and Trent, and a younger sister, Rachel Ballinger. She attended high school at San Marcos High School. A little bit later she graduated at the college of Azusa Pacific University in 2008. Evans majored in vocal performance. From 2007 through 2009 she performed for Disneyland in California. In 2012 Evans was featured as nurse Royal in the web series Doctor Fabulous. A year after that she starred in the episode “Under the bed” in the webseries Flipside.
