Colleen has reviewed all of the policies associated with the program and with the agency. She has visited the different programs which interface with the out-patient department to understand the inter-relationship of the programs. She has familiarized herself with the differences insurances and how this may impact our ability to provide services. She has shadowed various staff members during assessments and individual therapy; she has begun to complete her own assessments and has a small caseload of her own individuals. She has provided at least 3 different individual therapy sessions. She very familiar with our forms and our Electronic case record. She is an active participant in team
