With this rule in place discipline would be found with just cause under article 2 Management's rights of the CBA. This makes all actions of discipline within management right to do so and does not breach any section of the collective bargaining agreement. Nowhere within this rule does management restrict the right of the employee to pursue romantic relationships with fellow employees. However management does request that all PDA’s be limited to outside the workplace. Management is only requesting that employees act in a professional manner when representing the company during their work hours. Employees are considered an extension of the company and it is in the best interest of all parties to refrain from conduct that could detrimentally harm business
