The overwhelming success of the implementation of our plan proved that the collaborative team worked very well together and was successful in achieving our goals that we established at the beginning of the collaborative process. You can see from the videos provided that the team was very positive, worked well together, and were focused throughout the entire process. The team was able to measure our success based on increased student engagement and improved teaching practices while utilizing the additional technology in our school. Members of the team reported back in the final meeting at the end of our process what each of us felt the strengths and weaknesses were of the plan and how we each felt the students and staff did throughout the implementation
