Now that I’m working on a collaborative project, I think that trusting each others can definitely help us move from being a set of individuals, to having a team identity. When you trust each others, it will create motivation and close bonds between members. Also adapting to each other can help our collaboration to balance out ideas and struggles. People may have very different background, culture, and experiences, which can be helpful to step forward when everyone can adapt to each other’s style. These both trusting and adapting are two main factors that can help our group to collaborate further to achieve our goal.
