Our country is at a deficit when it comes to health care. The cost to the consumers are extremely high and yet we are not the healthiest people. We may need to take a deeper look at with the other countries what they are doing or not doing, and adjust accordingly. Collaborative effect needs to be made in order to get such a complex system up and running in unity. Each part of the system is interdependent on the other. With that being said the money should be allocated more evenly across the board. Majority of the expenditure goes to hospitals and physicians with only 3% to population activities (Turnock, 2016).
