My responsibilities were attending our group meetings, participating in discussions and presentation, completing my tasks before each due date, and making sure that my work met the requirements. With time, I also recognized the importance of fostering flexibility and responsiveness because this could increase my ability to respond to change. It was fair for each one to have the same workload. Jiaheng Hu is not an Economics student; Zhonglin Qiu and Huixing Lin both were struggling with managing time. However, all of them performed the same tasks as me because they believed that they were the members of this team and should be responsible for our project. To make sure we all completed our task on time, Hu made a schedule listing the due dates. We reached an agreement that all our assignments should be finished at least one day in advance. To make our group discussion more effective, each of us was assigned a role in our team. For example, I was a facilitator, who was responsible for moderating group discussion and keeping the group on task. Zhonglin Qiu made schedule and timeline for us. Jiaheng Hu took notes and recorded what we had discussed. Huixing Lin prepared reports listing the key points in our research and helped us create many ways of communication, such as WeChat group and Google Docs. All these roles were picked up voluntarily. For our project, since we needed to prepare 16 sources to finish AB table, each of us required to find four and brought to the meeting for evaluation. After one source was approved by our whole team, the member who found this source could begin to follow the AB table to do the annotation. In addition to the Annotated Bibliography, we also needed a 2000-words of Intro/Rationale to describe our topic. We decided to use IMRAD format. Since I was the one who made the final decision of choosing our topic, I did the introduction part illustrating our topic, its significance, and our potential audience. Qiu was the one coming up with many methods of finding credible sources, so, he did the method part. Hu was one summarizing all our findings, and thus, was responsible for the part of result. Since Lin was our reporter, he did the part of analysis. Lin and Hu finished the conclusion
