Adrian went to get checked out after his dad, who had a form of muscular dystrophy, passed away. He was examined and was then made aware he also has a form of muscular dystrophy. As his conditioned progressed it became difficult to do what he loved. Adrian has a passion for photography, and at times the weight of the camera would be too much for him (36). What I love about technology nowadays is how helpful it can be to so many people. There are good sides and bad sides of technology, but with stories like Adrian’s it shows us why technology is indeed good. There are different ways to co-teaching a few include team-teaching and alternative teaching. Team-teaching, a part of co-teaching, has two teachers in charge of one classroom. They work together to teach and share all of the responsibilities that come with being a teacher. Effective collaboration and communication are needed in this scenario. Lesson plans need to be talked through and figuring out what your expectation and punishments will be for the classroom. I experienced this in my high school with one of the special needs classroom I worked in. The classes that needed a bit more attention had placed a second teacher in there for the help and support. In this case it was very much needed and worked perfectly for everyone. If they would not have talked with each other regularly and had not been on the same page it would have been a different ending. Alternative teaching includes one teacher that works with the large grouper and the second teacher would work on providing extra help to those who require it. Alternative teaching is beneficial to the teachers and students. Teachers are able to still work together while continuing to work in a specific area. They are able to have their own areas they work with yet they are still working together and sharing
