Coleman's Narrative Report

On 10/14/15, I received a phone call on my cell phone from Jameka Coleman the parent of Nolan. Ms. Coleman stated she has concern with her son's daycare because her son had fell at school and required stitches and last month her daughter who is in the same class fell and had to have her tooth removed. Ms. Coleman said she feels the teachers are not watching the children properly otherwise neither child would of been injuried.
Ms. Coleman stated Head Start had called her husband Brandon Webster and said Nolan had fell and needed him to come and get him. Ms. Coleman said they never stated how sever it was just that he had fell and hurt his chin. Ms. Coleman said her husband went to pick both children up and then came to her work and when she
