I have wide and deep knowledge in the areas of corporate, finance and energy/environmental law. My experience prior to law school was focused on energy business, startup financing for entrepreneurs and general environmental issues which includes transactional based environmental disputes. This summer, I interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, writing a series of memoranda about state energy industrial development dealing with local business and economic disputes from various business transactions.
