Cold War: The Space Race

The space race consisted of Russia and the United States of America, seeing who was more technologically advanced in weaponry and in the race to space. Although the Russians got a good start the U.S made the first man land on the moon which Russia still hate about us and is one of the most talked about things still in Russia. The cold war was where we would see who the top dog was and see who really was more advanced. The space race was nothing more than a thing for bragging rights, and to claim that they did this, making the other countries feel week. The race was a race that no side should have, we should feel accomplished as a humanity on what we have done.
