Coke Zeros

The behavior that I would like to change is to stop drinking Coke Zeros or at least limit my intake to one a week. In the south or in Mississippi we have a choice of drinking sweet tea or sodas. I like them both, but my preference is Coke Zeros. I never thought about being addicted to a soda or having the cravings so strong that every time I get into my vehicle, I must have a coke. Yes, I have quit in the past and return to them without a second thought, but I believed that this time will be different because I am trying a little bit harder to quit. My plan is simple; it called ignoring the drink boxes and supplying me with healthier choices such as water. I plan to think healthier thoughts and concentrate more on the unhealthy outcome of drinking caffeinated drinks. I had to work and I did not think much about the intervention, so I drank 4 sodas to keep me on the go, but as the day went on and the sugar wore off I felt drained and wore out. Tuesday #2 another day on the job constantly moving from one floor or the other as fast as I could go and grabbing the first thing that looked like a coke. I drank 4 that day. Wednesday #3 a better day I only drank 3 sodas because my patient load was a little and my thought process was more on my health, I realized that my goal to quit is looking slim to none. I know it will be a little better. Thursday #4 this day was a little better, I made a promise to work more and drink less coke, so I went to work and made two cups of water and sipped on that for a little while, but at mid-day, I fell out the water wagon and grabbed a soda. I had 2 this day. I am getting better. Friday #5 Works was slow, so I made my water cups, and drank 2 sodas Saturday #6 I was on the road the whole day and I thought I could drive better if I had my Coke Zero, so I drank 3
