Coke, “Always Coca-Cola”, “life tastes good” with Coke. These are few of many popular slogans of the Coca-Cola Company when it comes to strategies in marketing via advertising (Case Study, n.d.). Sincerely, life tastes really good with coke. Refreshing and enjoyable most especially right now after finishing this written assignment.
Please, in the below demonstrations and explanations, I will be using the word “Coke” to represent the Coca-Cola company and her products’ brands.

One Challenge & One Solution Trend

For instance, “…understanding different marketing trends and consumer segments based on lifestyle, age, and income…” (Case Study, n.d.). According to study and this week’s text, Becoming more Global trend reflect to the fact that whatever challenges faced by firms today, there is always somewhere or someone around the world who have solutions or the knowledge to solving such problems. If a firm used a marketing or production strategy that doesn’t work yesterday. That firm has learned something about the invalidity of that strategy. Or how would you put it? Coke should focus (already focusing) on learning from Past Experience to Capitalize the previously mentioned trends.

Why?!!
For instance, it was the experiences that Coke had in the past that resulted in the developments and productions of it new quality brands. Even the Coca-Cola Hellenic puts this to words as
“…Our many years of experience in sparkling soft drinks has given us useful knowledge that we can apply to all other beverage categories, ensuring that we offer the right mix of options in brands, pack sizes and calorie content…”(Coca-Cola Hellenic, 2016)
I am very convinced with the above cited statement because it related both the challenges Cokes had and the lesson they learned to acquire knowledge for the betterment of its products. For example, taking a look at the history of Coke Zero, Coca-Cola light or Diet Coke. These brands came to existence today due to the past experiences of Coke reciprocated with the demands and need of individual consumers.
