Principal Core vs. Cohort SLLA Scores In this reflection we are investigating if there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores produced by students selected for The University of Mississippi Principal Corps, and those students enrolled part-time in the Educational Leadership Cohort when they took the School Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA) exam. The exam is four hours long, and divided into two parts with seven essay questions, and one hundred multiple-choice questions; the exam is the same for both Corps and Cohort members. The SLLA exam measures whether or not an entering educational leader has the relevant knowledge believed necessary to be an efficient professional entering administrator based on the Interstate
