I have an individual patient with cognition and visual perception impairment as a result of stroke (CVA) or traumatic brain injury (TBI). TBI/ CVA can be so severe to the extent of affecting one’s role as a daughter, wife, mother, and worker and this can be so devastating because such individual will not be able to perform some occupations expected to be carried out. Some deficit areas that can impede patient’s occupational performance are memory deficit, visual deficit, and unilateral neglect. ADLs such as dressing, bathing, feeding a child as well as cooking for the family all require sequencing ability, planning, and organization for occupations execution. For individual with cognitive/ visual
