My mother used to babysit the toddler, when the mother was not able to take care of her for the reason that she had to make an emergency errand elsewhere. Once the toddler would arrive at my house, she would be so happy and joyful about the toys/dolls I would have in my closet from when I was much younger, but the instant she saw her mother start to head out, she would start crying hysterically, because she did not want her mother to leave. After her mother would leave, we would try to calm he down, and she would resume to being happy, and jumpy- like any three year old. I noticed this to be an insure attachment – for the reason that she would instantly cry when her mother would leave, and she would ignore her mother once she would arrive to pick her up. This may be because she felt not only abandoned by her, but because this was probably not the only time she had left her child for long periods of time, which also understandable because she also worked long hours at her job, and she had a babysitter to pick her up from
