and Mrs. Dr. Brown who ae both psychiatrist. Dr. Mrs. Brown visits the clinic three days in a week for clients medication checks as well as monitor the day to day activities of the program. Each time she visits, she complains how things are done the way they should and demand for immediate changes every week. Alex feels does not like this because a majority of the changes suggested by Dr. Mrs. Brown is not part pf his job description as an LCSW as well as contradicts the NASW code of ethics. Alex had to take up multiple task and work additional hours just to get the job done, but does not get rewarded. On the other hand, his interns reported to Alex that they feel overwhelmed with the weekly changes done in procedures made by Mrs. Dr. Brown as it contradicts what he advised as their supervisor.
