1. Upon hiring new staff, the following policy is always reviewed and verbal and written consent is obtained. My answers to each violation are based on the following criteria as clearly defined. PURPOSE: To provide a procedural guide for a standardized approach to issues of employee Termination of Employment, through breach in standard Codes of Conduct

Final paychecks/severance pay is withheld until all property is returned.
Final paychecks are available to all terminating employees at the end of the complete two-week pay period following the termination date.
