She started in 1913 selling hats and restricted of garments or clothes. Then she began a new line of style, she was designed for menswear. She used unusual fabric for making most of her products called wool jersey for two reasons; its high quality and its low price. She did not limited her designing for men only but she created different styles for women such as gypsy and short skirts and little black dresses. Her products distinguished simple, stylish, classy, and monochromatic color like beige, black, and white.
