Officer Harrell was standing along side the passenger front door during the traffic stop. Officer Harrell advised me that he saw Suspect Juan Mauricio Cordero placing an unknown object along the left side of the front passenger seat. Officer Harrell advised Suspect Cordero to place both of hands on top of his lap, which he complied.
I had Cordero and his passengers step out of the vehicle pending further investigation (later identified as front passenger, Suspect Juan Mauricio Cordero and rear passenger, Rene Espronceda).
