The state has proven that Cobra Kai Investments did more than their due diligence and that Danni Russo was the one responsible for the ninja in the Teacher’s Pet app and for deceiving Terry Kreese into believing the app was secure and there was no way for the students to cheat. To begin with, the defendant Danni Russo contacted Cobra Kai investments asking them to consider investing in his app. After presenting his app multiple times, Terry Kreese and Cobra Kai investments, seeing the app’s potential, decided to look into it. As one of the largest investment companies in the Midwest, Cobra Kai is a dependable Investment Company. All the signs point to Danni Russo being the one responsible for putting the ninja in the app. First of all, Gio Lawrence, could not have put the ninja in the app, as a student that was quote “on the verge of flunking” he would not have been able to make the ninja blend in with Danni’s coding as well as it was. Next, Bobbie Brown stated that the coding matched Danni’s style and could not have been a bug. Finally, Danni, being a talented coder, would easily be able to put the ninja in. Why would Danni do this? Danni said that he could help a few struggling friends get better grades, but at what cost. Danni mentioning this indicates that he put in the ninja. Furthermore, Danni talked about how Gio put the bug in, indicating that he was trying to put the blame on someone else, when we know that Gio was not a talented enough coder to put the ninja in, in the first place. Therefore, Danni Russo was, beyond a doubt, responsible for putting the ninja in. The point is, Danni Russo deceived Terry Kreese into believing that the app was and would stay secure, Terry Kreese saw the potential, invested in it, and the app was later pulled from ITunes. Danni was responsible for the app and he failed to take responsibility for putting the ninja in and needs to face the consequences for his
