Every day when I get to the field I would have to figure out everything I am going to do for that day. What the team needs as a whole, where to put athletes where they fit best, etc. Other duties a coach has is the family, a second job, physical training, fundraising for the team, and plenty more. At my local high school are great examples of coaching and teaching. Coach Phil Webb coach and teacher, Coach Aaron Roberson coach and teacher, and others.
This career’s annual salary for any coaching position makes $30,000 a year ("Summary"). A high school coach has a stipend so that adds on to the teaching salary. A initial pay start is a stipend does not increase or decrease. In colleges, universities, and NFL I may get paid more if I had more experience but not if you have a higher education until you get to like Harvard, and those type of schools.
