On 10/20/16, RP visited the group home and spoke with several residents about the condition of the group home. RP stated that she spoke with resident Rocio Pacheco (age 17, DOB: 12/29/98) who stated that she has been at the home since August of 2016 and has not been able to seen by her orthodontist. Rocio stated that staff members have told her that no one will take her to her orthodontist appointment because the office is in the valley. Rocio stated that she has paid for visits with her own money and every time she missed an appointment, it cost her $30.
