BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Off goes my alarm, I shoot out of bed and grab my suitcase and run up the stairs of my house so fast I thought I made a world record. The rest of my family is already up and ready to go. My 7th grade summer had just started, it was only a week in. My mom told us to go to the bathroom and then head to the car and store my things in the trunk of her Jeep Cherokee. Then we were off to the great falls airport. This trip to Great Falls took the longest, almost like the day before christmas. When we finally got to Great Falls, a lot of my family was already there. My Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Angie, Uncle Dave, Cousin Nick, Cousin Grace, Aunt Amie, and Trudy were all waiting for us. We all went in the airport together on a rainy day. We all sat down and waited for our plane to be ready. Many airports later(around 4, and it took over a day) we had finally landed in Jamaica. The landing was a little rough landing on Jamaica we hit the ground, bounced back up and …show more content…
I remember going through security, and everything. The thing I remember best was having “Club MoBay”. We got to pass everyone and go straight to the luxury blocked off area with other people who had Club MoBay. The was free wifi(which was very fast), so that was cool. They gave us free drinks, and free food. When our bus arrived we had a 1 hour drive to resort. I remember our bus driver was passing another bus, when a semi truck was coming our way, instead of slowing down the bus driver sped up and passed the bus still as the truck wet flying by. When we go to the resort the first thing I did was go to the bathroom, and get my swimming trunks on. We went to our room which was on the bottom floor and had a door that went to a deck, that led to a stone path to the water park, main area, and the

The most eventful thing I have done this summer was going to Turkey Run. It’s two hours away from Wheatfield, and it’s in Marshall. The drive was pretty long on the way there, my mom had to run an errand or two and then we went to McDonalds for lunch. Then we just continued our drive there. We entered a different time zone on the way there, it was an hour ahead than the time here in Jasper County.…

Like the quiet before the storm, there was another nigh-complete silence, a well-needed respite after the deafening gunfire they had been subjected to; then, the thunderous sound started up again, the crack of Daniel Stoll shooting indiscriminately like a madman. The gang members, surging through this unreliable curtain of bullets, did not pursue their entourage, instead slamming the door shut with a tremendous clamor. It was a bizarre, ridiculous decision. Had they wanted to escape the wrath of Mr. Stoll and his equalizer, it was entirely possible to simply not walk towards the doorway! Instead they pressed forward into a place with no cover to merely shut a door.…

I will always remember moving from the Philippines to Canada. I remember the time when my parents broke the news to me. We were out watching a movie and they were asking me all these questions about the kind of place I want to live in if ever we moved somewhere else. They asked me if I wanted to see and play with snow. I’ve always dreamt of being able to play in the snow, like the kids in the movies, so I told them why not?…

It was an early Monday morning, I was pretty happy at the time because this trip was going to get me out of a full week of school. So, it all began at the airport, looking out of the window I could see our plane, It was a bit intimidating and I was really nervous because this was going to be my first time on a plane.
