I have displayed results leadership by exceeding customer expectations, establishing plans, focusing on execution, and striving for results. This year I was assisting or leading large avionics installations that required extensive interaction with customers and critical time management skills. My goal with customers was to ensure I was provided world class customer service and to help educate them on the new avionics systems that were being installed. We achieved this result and heard several compliments from the customers on our education process and quality of work.
