One area in particular that I reflect on was how being efficient with clients on contact precaution not only saves time, but decreases the risk of spreading the organism. There were a number of times that I felt I had everything I need and went in to my client’s room gowned and gloved only to realize I had forgotten and item I needed, thus causing myself to have to make more trips in and out of the room. In talking with some of the other nurses about my client, so suggested I that I just “tell” her what is going to happen and not ask what she wants to do. I reflect on this in that there are was being kind and respectable in trying to motivate clients who are unmotivated. This ideal may not in all client situations, but I feel it a good place to start and my confidence with develop along with
