The format of these guidelines sites should also make it easy to download a case copy so that extensive and critical information can be obtained on the advantages and restrictions of various diagnostic strategies and therapy treatments available. Online guideline databases should be made available to health care providers and should link information in a way that is easy to navigate and locate specific evidence results a physician might want to learn more about. This ease of accessibility could be valuable to physicians who are in a rush and want to obtain more information or read further studies.

On the other hand I imagine older generations would rather seek the guidance of medical professionals for obtaining the information they should need, or want to know about their health. Often older generations have trouble understanding and navigating internet forums and technology devices and so wouldn’t be as receptive to using these tools. They may fail to understand the terms and content of guideline databases and online risk calculators and so be less willing use them or trust their ability to use them correctly because they lack the background
