Today at clinical placement due to last minute changes I was assigned to help another student to provide care for two patients. I didn’t have an opportunity to look up patients’ charts and had to rely on other student’s notes. Since the patients were assigned to another student and my role was to help, I let my peer be a leader, but as the day was going by, I realized that it was my mistake. We struggled with time management and missed our breaks. We did all cares and assessments thoroughly, but the problem was that my colleague likes to talk a lot and her stories and questions were distracting and slowing down both of us. I consider myself an organized person and being behind the schedule was not a pleasant feeling for me. When we finished
