Actually, most practitioners choose health care professions with the desire to help and care people, so that a good practitioners doe not mean be a good leader. I think clinical leaders cope with many challenges because apart from their responsibility as practitioners, they inspire and encourage medical staffs involving to make decision, take risk and develop personal and professional skills with high standards of ethical and moral values, build a healthier work environment to improve health care quality and retain health care workforce and accomplish the organisation objectives.
