She is doing two jobs, working as a clinical instructor at MD Anderson and running own family practice clinic with her friends who passed FNP. As a clinical Instructor, she helps new grads and new hires become familiar to ward routines and expectations using appropriate teaching and learning strategies and assure the achievement of clinical learning competencies. She helps all the nurses in the unit to participate actively in the clinical learning process and help us to become the best nurses in the Nation and achieve the dream of Magnet designation.
