During my undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, I have always aim on being the best clinical family practitioner. My long term goal is to obtain my doctorate degree in what I am passionate about. With the aging population and health care issues in today society, there has been a growing need for psychiatric nurses. Enrolling in the DNP program at the University of New Hampshire would serve as an excellent foundation by providing the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for a provider to succeed in the challenging world of mental illness.
