In the day of OBGYN OSCE, I began quite nervous before entering the patient room. After talking to patient for a while, I started to calm down. When patient told me that she was bleeding after intercourse for the last 5 days, the things came to my mind were inflammation/tumor on the cervix, oral contraceptives/hormone replacement therapy, or endometrial tumor. After taking the history, I started exam on the modal while talking to patient. She told me that she did not have abd/pelvic pain and no CMT. Patient handed me a paper with the finding after finishing physical exam: She had cuprous cervix discharge and +CMT. For some reasons, I went to direction as the cuprous cervix d/c.
