I found this interesting because I really think it speaks to how we are measuring the use carbon gases and these measurements provide us with the knowledge to be able to understand how carbon gas has a relationship with our forests whether that’s a positive relationship or negative one(Knowledge Network, 2002). Knowledge Network (2002) highlights how part of the solution to our future challenges are the forests and agriculture that we have and these two environments can provide a reusable energy. Although, as I reflect on the last two years and the situations and events that have occurred in BC, I realize that this is becoming more and more difficult and I do not know if this will be a helpful solution to the challenges we face any longer. We have dealt with so much loss of our forests, not only in BC, but in other provinces as well. Specifically, this year, the forest fires have had tremendously negative impacts to communities, agriculture, people’s hope, and now this Knowledge Network (2002) information I have gained on the impact that occurs from cutting down forests can have extreme impacts. At least with cutting down forests and growing new ones we as individuals have a responsibility and decisions on that, but the forest fires are unpredictable and our level of response is …show more content…
As a result, their knowledge and research provides us with information on how we need to respond to climate change globally, it identifies some of the future challenges we face and highlights, and then provides suggestions on how we should be responding to these things and what we need to do to keep our attitudes positive and what we need to do to be as successful as we can when addressing these
