It appears that your focus is upon parents developing the training their kids as disciples. I think the concept is great because if our children are Christians if we don’t teach them we miss an opportunity to teach our children about discipleship and how that affects the way they live their lives. In your first statement you could leave out the opening statement “In our era of outsourcing”.
