Client was considered to be in compliance with treatment during this reporting period. Client attended treatmenrt group on 07/05, 07/19, & 07/26, and was excused on 07/12. Client is making steady progeress in treatment and is gaining skills in identifyng persoanl internal and external relapse triggers. Client is working on building self- confidence/self-esteem at this point.
