Tiring easily; more fatigued than usual.

5. Increased muscle aches or soreness.
6. Difficulty sleeping (due to trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, restlessness at night, or unsatisfying sleep).
Kevin was previously diagnosed with GAD and it’s clearly present in his life. Kevin has been witnessing trouble sleeping, muscle aches, and fatigue as well as being excessively worrying. Kevin’s behavior supports this diagnosis, which is why I agree with his previous psychologist.
VIII. Assessment of Social Worker’s Roles and Skills: What were the social worker’s roles and what specific social work skills were used? These are not the same thing. Roles are what the role of the social worker was for the interaction (for example; educator, facilitator, broker, mediator, etc.). Social work skills are the specific social work skills that you used during the interaction (for example; active listening, modeling, case management, persuading, goal setting, etc.).
