Krista: I, believe you are right Krista, the layout was different between the Mayo and the Cleveland Clinic websites. I, felt that the Cleveland web page had a more current up to date feel, as well as being a little bit more user friendly. The Cleveland website allowed for live interaction between the consumer and itself. This in turn gives a greater comfort level to the patient. What were the different hierarchy needs that were met by the Mayo and the Cleveland clinic websites? I, felt that the Mayo clinic met the human needs of: Self actualization, physiological, safety, and social needs.
