Abstract:
Cleopatra was a very smart and an intelligent commander. Despite her abilities and effort, she failed which made her life hopeless rather than glamourous. Cleopatra’s father Ptolemy XII died and in his will he left the kingdom to Cleopatra and her younger brother Ptolemy XIII. At the time, Cleopatra was 18 years old, while her brother was 10 years old. Ptolemy forces her to leave Alexandri and go to Syria. This is where Cleopatra goes and raises a Roman Military. She then goes to the home of the Roman Military leader, Julius Caesar's, house to ask if he will fight with her against Ptolemy. Cleopatra enters the home by smuggling herself into a carpet while being naked, which amuses him by her courage. Caesar agrees to go through and

Cleopatra was born in the royal palace in Alexandria, that was within the Nile Delta, sometime within the winter of 69-68 B.C. History does not record the exact date of her birth, neither does it give the name of her mother. Her father was Ptolemy XIII, a Macedonian Greek, who was king of all Egypt.
Cleopatra was very ambitious and was definitely a risk-taker, she risked much in the pursuit of her ambition, and failed tremendously. And she must have been a good communicator because she influenced both Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony, so she must have had a persuasive personality. She was ruthless of course, but then if you wanted to be a ruler in those days you had to be. She was very clever and well-educated, with a particular interest in foreign languages, she spoke many with great fluency. She was the first member of the Ptolemy family to bother to learn the Egyptian language of her subjects, so she must have had an inquiring
