Clean Tofu, And Cut Them Into Small Squares

1. Clean Tofu, and cut them into small squares. Put them into water.
2.Cut ginger and garlic into very small pieces. Clean and cut coriander.
3. Turn on the stove, put vegetable oil into pot. Allow it to warm.
4. Put the cut ginger and garlic into the pot and fry them.
5. Put the Tofu in without brine and fry 2-3 minutes. Mix the water and starch.
6. Put the mixed starch into the pot and fry with Tofu together for 2-3 minutes.
7. Turn off the stove. Place them on a plate and put some coriander on it.
8. You are now finished, enjoy!
