Clean Eating Paragraph

Like many people, I shy away from things that are different from my normal activities and routine. However, Clean eating has been on my mind for the past year. Clean eating is the process of eating nutritionist food that is natural. Natural, in this case means free of any added sugar, salt, removing germ, and not made in a lavatory. Clean eating was the exact opposite of the way I have always eaten. Normally, I would eat fast food or fried foods about five times a week. Clean eating was appealing to me because my friends had previously educated me on how eating a clean diet was healthy. They also mentioned all the effects it has on the body. Meal prepping is a great way to control portion size meals, make sure you get your macronutrients (Carbohydrates, fats, and protein), and avoid the temptation of eating out. On the second day, I immediately noticed a difference. When my silent alarm vibrated I immediately got up. I was well rested and ready to start my day. By the end of the day, I was tired but, not exhausted like I usually had felt. I continued to working out at the gym doing Zumba, Spin, Cardio kickboxing and lifting weights. Even after each work out of about one hour, I had even more energy after my workout. Slowly, I increased my water intake. This made my skin glow and helped throughout the day to maintain the alertness. Increasing my water intake had one down side. Each night I awoke once to use the bathroom. During this interruption in sleep I kept all lights off in order to fall back asleep quickly and that did the trick. My final analysis of my cognitive function also resulted well. During phase B I had completed thirty -two hours at my internship, worked about twenty hours per week, continued full time school, a mother to an eleven-year-old and as well as a wife. I had energy, I felt light, and I felt productive throughout the day. Even if an individual is purely focused on how the body feels rather than eating healthy eating clean is a wonderful choice. The benefits are better looking skin, weight loss, better sleep, alertness and a well-rounded cognitive function. I did not expect that eating clean would change the way I live, but that is exactly what happened. How can you go back to eating bad food after your body has gotten accustomed to eating to nourish your body? I plan to keep up with this lifestyle change. I will allow myself one cheat meal a week to prevent myself from losing focus on the overall benefits. Eating clean and working out has worked wonders for me and I plan to help others take a leap of faith and try to live better by treating their body to the best lifestyle they can possibly have. I am ecstatic I had the opportunity to try out clean eating because without the opportunity I would have just assumed that it was not something that I could
