As students are walking through the door, students are walking into a well-lit room where the room is full of color and encouraging words. The room has different motivational posters and also has a student performance bulletin board. The students feel safe as they enter their seats. The seating arrangement is desks group in fours all throughout the classroom. The seating arrangements promote community as students are facing each other and also focus on certain collaborative activities. Not to mention, students challenging their fellow classmates to perform excellently in the class. My desk will be in the corner in the room and I will only be my desk for administrative purposes.

• Before I begin teaching, I will have students repeat the rules and procedures so they will know what is expected. In addition, we will go over classroom goals. Classroom Behavior
Intervention Hierarchy The goal of intervention is to address an issue that may be disrupting the classroom environment for other students. Basic steps will be necessary in order to prevent ongoing behavior issues. This will be discussed with the students from the beginning of the school year. Last but not least, class dojo program will be utilized for overall and individual classroom behavior.
First step: Ignore the behavior and or place notice of the student by giving him or her serious eye contact.
Second step: The teacher will address the student by verbal warning. Lose a point on dojo.
Third step: Proximity control. Redirect the student.
Fourth step: After class, take the student out the classroom and speak with him or
