I went out to a school to observe a classroom on learning management. My focus was to observe the children on how they were learning versus how they were obeying or disobeying the rules. While I was there observing they were doing reading and writing lessons. They first started with four writing worksheets. The teachers would put the worksheets one at a time on the board and they would all work together. When they are learning their spelling words the teacher had taught them songs and catchy sayings that helps the kids understand how to spell the words. For an example, when they ae spelling a word like dice, she makes them kill the e, so they would draw a line thru the e and put a line over the letter i and an x under the letter I, by doing
